This is one delicious variety that is extremely useful in ALL types of cooking or sauce making. This pepper is my go-to for making stuffed peppers. Just slice in half, remove seeds, add wild rice, sausage, and cream cheese. Cook at 375 until they start to brown. This variety is definitely in our top 10.
